The staff was very attentive. The rooms were neat and new-fashioned. I truly enjoyed that the food for breakfast was outstanding. The setting was stunning and lovely, so close to a lovely park and the western outskirts of Newcastle. Overall the service was...  

The location was brilliant, within walking distance of Ryton willows. The rooms were neat and perfect with required things, like a kettle, central heating and an iron. Thanks to the efficient staff everything was really good, including plenty of tasty food....  

The location is good, next to a friendly pub with really tasty food, a lovely park on the banks of the river Tyne and central Newcastle, you cannot beat it.

Our king room was a good size and had a modern feel, and the location was great, on the western outskirts, in a dog-friendly area, and close to the Newburn Hall Motor Museum.

The location was incredibly comfortable and nice, next to the pub which is good, great value meals, lovely bar, handy to the airport the following morning, the restaurant and the beer garden had beautiful views....

The wide range of breakfast options satisfied everyone. The delightful view from our king room overlooked the banks of the Tyne and Nature. The hotel's stunning location was just a pleasant stroll away from Newburn Hall Motor Museum.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views and walks along the river nearby. It was also conveniently located close to a country park, which was perfect for spending time outdoors. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

We had a few issues during our weekend stay. the cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better, particularly the toilet brush.

The setting here is peaceful and in a stunning location.
